The hotel has a top location. Close to Rossio station (both train en metro) and you can also walk to lots of the famous sights. There was no outside noise in the room we stayed in. The bed was a large king and very comfortable. Huge rainshower, although the room is not very big it has everything you'll need and enough room to store our lugagge. The breakfast is also very good and lots of products to choose from. Inroom coffeemaker and minibar! We would like mention Joanna (one of the girls at the desk) and thank her. She was superfriendly, speaks perfect English and was generally interested in the guests! She will make you feel at home at this hotel!

The location was prefect, on Rossio square, close to many attractions, streets, a short walk (7min?) to the water, the train station and close to the end of the line for tram 28. The room was quiet and comfy even though it was noisy outside, the staff were lovely, the breakfast room beautiful and Brekky options were varied - including the essential pastel de nata’s!

Rossio is a really great choice of area. Everything in our room was great except that the bed was too big for the room and one had to shuffle sideways to get past! That said, the rest was brilliant: very comfy bed, wonderful pillows, lashings of hot water in the shower. All the usual facilities. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

We have just returned from a wonderful short break to Lisbon. This was made all the better for a stay at The My Story Rossio. The rooms were modern and clean with up to date mirror/tvs and strong WiFi. We were upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise and had a great view over the square. At breakfast we were treated to plenty of choice of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal etc. Hotel is central for all attractions and also close to main station for day trip to Sintra. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to spend a break in Lisbon.

Location was very centralized by Rossio Square. Train station is less than a block away. Front desk staff were always smiling. Special shout out to Andre Grilo who was super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay would exceed expectations. Bed linens were so smooth it felt like silk! Breakfast buffet was excellent with huge selection from hot food like eggs, mushroom & peppers, bacon to lots of yummy pastries. The all natural fruit juices were a special bonus to the breakfast. Breakfast team staff were very attentive and always catering to everyone’s needs. Always cleaning up and refilling any food. If you every visit Lisbon, stay here!

This stay was exceptional, from the service, location, amenities and facilities. Everything was amazing. The wine and pastel de nata to welcome us was delightful. So we’re the robes and slippers. The room was beautiful and spacious, the sound proofing was perfect since we were in the middle of the city center. The concierge service was also exceptional, everyone was so helpful and polite and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay here.

Amazing hotel! BEST location you will find in Lisbon, I can't recommend it enough - right on Rossio square, close to the train & Metro, walking distance from shopping, restaurants and basically everything you need. The hotel staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a small yet quality buffet. The overall vibe is very nice and calm, I stayed here for 5 nights with my mom. I would recommend this hotels for couples or 2 friends travelling :)

Was not expecting a huge amount. It's so central. The staff were friendly efficient and helpful. I got an upgrade to room 404. It was so lovely. I opened my window onto the square every morning. I don't always sleep well in hotels but i had some great sleeps there. First hotel I scored all 10s . It was the best little boutique hotel I have stayed in. Ask for 404 also they looked after our luggage for the day
